1. How do i order the products?
You can order in any platforms you convenient with: Website, Marketplace (Tokopedia & Shopee), or contact our admin via Whatsapp.
2. Can i Visit the offline store?
We currently only have an online store.
3. When is the store operating time?
We open on Monday - Saturday, start 9a.m. - 6 p.m.
4. Is the stocks ready?
All the ready stocks are on in our website. In marketplace there are ready ones & Pre Order (PO).
5. How long will the PO items be available?
14 days (not counting holidays and weekends), since the customer orders and pays.
6. Can i request items that have never been in meglio?
Of Course, please contact our admin.
7.Is there an installment facility?
Yes, you can use the convenience of installment at Tokopedia.
8. What if the item that i receive is not in a good condition?
We will replace 100% if the demage is due to shipping, on the condition that the customer shows the unboxing (full) video.
9. Is there a wholesale price?
Of Course. You can contact our admin for futher information.
10. Can i be a reseller/stockist/ dropshipper?

Kami buka pada hari Senin - Sabtu, mulai pukul 9 pagi. - 6 sore.

Semua ready stock ada di website kami. Di marketplace ada yang ready & Pre Order (PO).
5. Berapa lama barang PO akan tersedia?
14 hari (tidak termasuk hari libur dan akhir pekan), sejak pelanggan memesan dan membayar.
6. Apakah saya bisa request barang yang belum pernah ada di meglio?
Tentu saja, silahkan hubungi admin kami.
7.Apakah ada fasilitas cicilan?
Ya, Anda bisa menggunakan kemudahan cicilan di Tokopedia.
8. Bagaimana jika barang yang saya terima tidak dalam kondisi baik?
Kami akan ganti 100% jika terjadi kerusakan karena pengiriman, dengan syarat customer menunjukkan video unboxing (full, tanpa terputus).
9. Apakah ada harga grosir?
Tentu saja. Anda dapat menghubungi admin kami untuk informasi lebih lanjut.
