How To Order

1. Browse Products

Click shop at menu bar then select “all ” or select room categories you want to look for. Click your desired product for the complete description and detail pictures.

2. Add to Shopping Bag

Once you found an item you like and want to purchase, ensure for your correct options (size/ colors/ pose/ quantity) then click “ADD TO CART” button to add the items to your shopping bag.

3. Review Your Bag

There are 2 ways to review your order:

Review your order by clicking VIEW CART. You can choose to CONTINUE SHOPPING if you still want to browse products and purchase another items or click PROCEED TO ORDER if you want to finalize your order. If you have a voucher code, don’t forget to enter the code into the blank space provided on this page.
Click on the SHOPPING BAG icon on the upper-right section of the website to review your items, you can also remove them from the list and then click “CHECK OUT” .

4. Check Out

If you decide to finalize your order, click Check out. Please note that product availability is not guaranteed before you check out.

5. Sign in

You will directed to Order Summary page, register for a new account or sign in if you already have an account and fill your details in. You can also check out as a guest. If you sign up as a member, you will earn shopping benefits by gathering loyalty points every time you purchase at our webstore.
For a registered customers, please use your registered email address so that your order will be automatically recorded in your account. For first-time customers, simply fill in your details to register.

6. PROCEED

Select your preferred delivery and payment method. Enter your Voucher Code if you have one or use your loyalty points if you a are a member. You can also write an order note. Then Click PLACE ORDER.

7. Finish Shopping

An on-screen receipt with an ORDER NUMBER will appear. You will need to enter the ORDER NUMBER to confirm payment (if you choose “Bank Transfer” payment method) and to check your order status.
Make sure you write down or copy your ORDER NUMBER in case you need to refer to it later. We will also send you the payment details to your email address.

8. ENJOY

Your purchase is now complete!
If payment confirmation made before 12 pm, order will be processed on the same day.
If payment confirmation made after 12 pm, your order will be processed on the next working day.
We will notify you an email confirmation once your order is shipped. Please kindly note that we do not ship order on Sunday and public holidays.
